Sometimes when you deeply believe that something is happening, it will become a reality eventually. When in fact, it could just be that you are simply too emotionally attached to your thoughts.
Hence, the next time you start to believe that something is happening even before it really happens, convince yourself that it is simply your thoughts, your mindset and nothing more. It is not denial. It is true sometimes we all believe our emotions more than logic. The key is to have a balance of both so think wisely and be happy!
Actually, it's a realisation which I just discovered. I just managed to turn an emotional thought into nothing, letting it vanish into thin air. It sure is a relief. :)
