These memories;

Prinsip;

Kepercayaan seringkali disemai lalu dirampas kembali tanpa sebarang pesan, membiarkan diri terkapai kapai mengutip sisa-sisa kekuatan yang membara mahu meneruskan kehidupan.

Adilkah hidup? Jujurkah kehidupan?

Aku teguh. Aku akan meneruskan perjalanan hidup ini.

Self reliance;

“You can't hang around waiting for somebody else to pull your strings. Destiny's what you make of it. You have to face whatever life throws at you. And if it throws more than you'd like, more than you think you can handle? Well then you just have to find the heroism within yourself and play out the hand you've been dealt. The universe never sets a challenge that can't be met. You just need to believe in yourself in order to find the strength to face it.”

- Darren Shan

Self reliance;

“Teachers open the door, but you must enter by yourself.”

- Chinese Proverb

Self reliance;

“If you would have your offspring be something in the world, teach them to depend on themselves. Let each learn that it is by close and strenuous application each must rise- that one must, in short, make oneself, and be architect of one's own fortune. ”

- Edward

Self-reliance;

“Associate with noblest people you can find; read the best books; live with the mighty. But learn to be happy alone.
Rely upon your own energies, and so not wait for, or depend on other people.”

- Thomas Davidson

Self reliance;

“Sure, it sucked to be lost, but I'd long ago realized I preferred it to depending on anyone else to get me where I needed to go. That was the thing about being alone, in theory or in principle. Whatever happened- good, bad, or anywhere in between- it was always, if nothing else, all your own.”
- Sarah Dessen

Self-reliance;

“Nothing can bring you peace but yourself. Nothing can bring you peace but the triumph of principles.”

- Ralph Waldo Emerson

Self reliance;

“Cherish your solitude. Take trains by yourself to places you have never been. Sleep out alone under the stars. Learn how to drive a stick shift. Go so far away that you stop being afraid of not coming back. Say no when you don’t want to do something. Say yes if your instincts are strong, even if everyone around you disagrees. Decide whether you want to be liked or admired. Decide if fitting in is more important than finding out what you’re doing here. Believe in kissing.”

- Eve Ensler

Self reliance;

“Not I, nor anyone else can travel that road for you.
You must travel it by yourself.
It is not far. It is within reach.
Perhaps you have been on it since you were born, and did not know.
Perhaps it is everywhere - on water and land.”

- Walt Whitman

Self-reliance;

“To find yourself, think for yourself.”

- Socrates

Courage;

“Courage: the most important of all the virtues because without courage, you can't practice any other virtue consistently.”
- Maya Angelou

To love somebody;

"To love somebody, to love somebody...the way I love you."

Pursuit of happiness;

" It's your right to listen to your gut, it ain't nobody's right to say no after you earned the right to be where you want to be and do what you want to do!"

Well said.

Sometimes you have got to fight for your rights. Fight for the right things in the right way, fight using the truth and using facts instead of fists.

Whether you win or you lose after you stand up for your rights, that is a different thing altogether. Winning and losing does not matter after you stand up for your rights and you know why? It does not matter because each time your stand up for your right, you have actually won a battle within yourself and that to me, is more than enough.

Let go at your own pace;

“What if you could pick one day of your life, and everything would stop changing, every day would be similar and comparable to that one day, you'd always have the same people with you?

If you could do that, would you do it? Would you pick that day and make that choice? We crave for things to stop changing, we wish that things would never change. But if we got what we wanted, there are so many things that are better, that we would never, ever know about. Sure, things would stay the same as that one wonderful day, but then there would be nothing else out there, ever.

So can you remember the very first day when everything really did begin to change? Is there a thing that can remind you? Mine is a blue rose, and that's when everything began to change because that's the day I began to believe in things I never believed in before; the day I found three blue roses.

Think about your first day of change, can you remember all the new heights you've soared since that day? All the new people? All the better things and times? Would you throw all of that time away? I wouldn't.

Instead, I want to finally accept all the things that I couldn't change, which led to me being right here, right now. Maybe we all carry around inside us one day we wish we could keep forever, something we wished never did change. It's time to let go of that day, and soar.”
